Refund policy
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Please note that return shipping cost are the customer's responsibility, and its essential to ensure that the item arrive in good condition for the refund to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards. if your return involves an item originally purchased with a gift card, a gift certificate for the return value will be emailed to you instead.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
