Boneset

Latin name: Eupatorium Perfoliatum
Boneset is a perennial herb native to the eastern and central regions of North America, and deeply integrated into Native American traditions. Known for its associations with protection, unity, balance  and spiritual cleansing, Boneset has long been used in rituals and ceremonies as offerings to spirits or nature. Its energy is believed to bridge gaps and unite opposing forces, symbolising harmony in tribal cultures. Boneset is often used as incense during purification and protection rituals, where it is thought to ward off negative influences and restore balance to a space.
