Juniper Berries

Latin name: Juniperus Communis
Juniper berries are native to the Mediterranean, North America and Europe. These berries have long been used in both culinary and spiritual practices. Native American tribes utilised Juniper berries for protection, purification and ritual offerings. In Tibet, Juniper smoke has been central to purification rituals for centuries. The berries are often used in spiritual baths or carried in sachets for personal cleansing, as they are believed to clear emotional and spiritual blockages, promoting clarity and healing.
